  • The Clubhouse is held at 1925 25th Avenue 32960, adjacent to Jacoby Park in the historic district of Vero Beach, just outside of our downtown area. It is situated on a subdivided part of the property west of this residential address (you cannot see or access it from the road and we love this for safety!)

We are planning an Open House the week of April 6th where all committed and prospective families are welcome to visit and meet our team.

    * Placing a refundable deposit is highly recommended prior to this Open House. Deposits are refundable until April 12.

  • We accept both PEP and UA Step Up Scholarships. If utilizing scholarship funds, your payment can be made quarterly as funding is released.

A 5% discount on the total fall semester tuition is given to families paying out-of-pocket and in full at the start of the semester.

Deposits cannot be paid using Step Up.

  • We are unable to provide any discount, reimbursement or prorate payments for missed days. The total fall semester amount is required to hold your child’s spot in our program.

  • No. It is your responsibility to assess your child’s learning and keep up with documentation needed for Step Up Scholarship or the local school district.

Your child will be assessed throughout the semester and have work samples collected which you can use as part of a portfolio if needed.

  • We will continue our school year January 4 - May 28 and begin accepting enrollment in the fall 2026.

Currently enrolled families will have first priority as we hope to keep the same group of students learning together through the end of the year.

  • To ensure we can keep all students learning together, we are unable to accommodate any alternate scheduling.

  • Deposits are required to secure a spot for your student at The Clubhouse for Fall Semester 2026. A $160 deposit is due and can be paid below. Any clarifying questions can be sent through our contact page.
